Archer Vance was as God send!

My wife and I started the home search process from out of state and Archer made it completely easy for us.

In Jan of 2021 we found a floorplan of a new construction and Archer walked us through the whole process. Then when the construction was delayed (due to shortages) he was an excellent intermediary for both us and the seller to ensure we were both happy. At one point there was an amendment needed (other than time) and Archer went to bat for us and got what was needed done for us.

He also was always available when we needed him, even to go out of his way to give us updates on the home and take pictures for us. At one point he was sending updates without us even asking.

After the home was settled and closed on - Archer still reached out and asked us how we were doing. Called us on our move in day to make sure it went smooth.
